Single Sphere EPDM NBR CR Expand Joint Flange Type Flexible Bellows is a high-performance rubber expansion joint designed to provide excellent flexibility, vibration absorption, and noise reduction in industrial piping systems. The single sphere structure allows effective compensation for thermal expansion, axial compression, lateral movement, and angular displacement, helping protect pumps, valves, and pipelines from mechanical stress and operational damage. Manufactured with premium EPDM, NBR, or CR rubber materials, the flexible bellows can be selected according to different working environments and media requirements. EPDM is suitable for hot water, steam, and chemical resistance applications; NBR offers superior resistance to oil and petroleum-based media; while CR (Neoprene) provides excellent weather, ozone, seawater, and abrasion resistance.
